Film: Ted 2

Ok they should never make sequels ever ever ever.

That  said, Ted 2 had some genuinely funny laugh-out-loud parts. But they still shouldn’t have made the movie. I am over the teddy bear (I do love Seth McFarlane though. Family Guy remains one of my favourite shows, and A Million Ways to Die in the West was intelligent comedic genius) (oh, right, so the plot is, he can’t marry his girlfriend because he isn’t human, then he loses his job, and his apartment etc, so he sues, etc bla bla bla snore) – and I am a little over Mark Wahlberg’s Bostonian accent (but not his biceps). I was sad that Mila Kunis wasn’t in this movie (it’s a toss up as to whether Jupiter Ascending was a better choice – I keeeed, I keeeeed) but Amanda Seyfried was a more than apt replacement. I love me some Amanda. She’s funny and so diverse – from Chloe, to Lovelace, to Mean Girls, Mamma Mia…loving her trajectory. Her seasoned trajectory.

Don’t watch this at the movies. Watch it when you have time to waste. And a bong, of course, in the true heritage of Ted.
